WA Sales Rep

Overview

TSA Outdoors is accepting applications for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in Western Australia.

TSA is a leading supplier in the shooting sports, outdoor sports, and optical industries in Australia and internationally.

Established in 1965, we are a premier and trusted company in our field.

We are currently seeking a Perth based Sales Representative to join our team to serve our customer base across the Optical and Shoot Sports sectors of our business.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow our business.
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales management teams to create effective campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Provide training and support to customers in the territory.

Key Selection Criteria:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technological skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the sales process and sales techniques
Ability to travel extensively within the WA territory and manage tasks effectively.
Honesty and integrity in customer interactions.
Industry experience is advantageous, however not essential.

Qualifications:

WA Firearms Licence
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales-based position
WA Drivers Licence
Excellent computer and numerical skills
